Products might take up to 20 business days to handcraft, as they are usually made only when ordered.

The order is shipped within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after we confirm the payment and the product is ready.

Normally, the standard delivery times are:

• Denmark: 2-5 business days
• Europe: up to 10 business days
• United States: up to 15 business days

We use traceable shipping and always send you the tracking code and link where you can follow the shipment. We use various couriers so you might need to pick up the parcel either at a post office or at a "point of collection".
